Overview

These terms govern the use of the invoicing and payment notification services provided by Lindsey Eliason Music. By receiving invoices and notifications from us, you agree to the following terms.

Invoicing Services

We send invoices for music lesson services via email and/or text message. Invoices include lesson details, amounts owed, and payment instructions. Invoice amounts are based on the agreed-upon lesson rates at the time of service.

Payment

  • Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise specified.
  • We accept payment via Venmo and cash/check.
  • Venmo payments should be sent to the handle specified on the invoice with the invoice number in the payment note.
  • A receipt will be sent via email and/or text message once payment is recorded.

Text Message Notifications

By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive transactional text messages related to invoices and payment receipts from Lindsey Eliason Music. These are not marketing messages.

  • Message frequency: Varies based on billing activity (typically 1-4 messages per month)
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from text notifications
  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance
  • Charges: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier

Cancellation Policy

Lesson cancellation and refund policies are agreed upon separately between Lindsey Eliason Music and the student/parent at the time of enrollment. These terms do not override any existing lesson agreements.

Limitation of Liability

Lindsey Eliason Music is not responsible for delays in message delivery caused by mobile carriers or email providers. Payment links provided in invoices are for convenience and we are not liable for any issues arising from third-party payment platforms such as Venmo.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
